Receptionist / Office Assistant role at a lovely law firm in London.
Your role will be to assist in a variety of administrative tasks as well as provide support in the efficient running of the firm’s reception.
You will be the first point of contact for all clients and other visitors to the firm in a helpful, friendly and professional manner as well as process all incoming calls. You will also deal with the photocopying; faxing, scanning and binding of documents as well as postal duties. You will also undertake administrative tasks and therefore should be computer literate and have worked in a law firm previously.
