A new opportunity has become available in a growing Birmingham firm for their property Litigation team, who is seeing a lot of success recently.
They have a strong and stable caseload for a senior associate to join without having to bring your own work as the team is growing naturally with reputation.
You would be working on a range of matters, from landlord and tenant, easements, right of way, and the litigation of commercial and residential properties.
They are looking for someone who has experience looking after more junior solicitors and someone who can independently and successfully carry their caseload in a range of matters. Someone who has strong commercial acumen who can use their experience to deliver detailed and tailored solutions to clients.
The role itself would suit someone ambitious who would look to go further than senior as the company promotes internal growth and has mentioned it is a pathway to future partnership.
