Description

A Legal 500 listed boutique commercial law firm are looking to recruit a property litigation lawyer to their property litigation team. This is a tremendous opportunity for a newly qualified property litigation solicitor to join one of the leading commercial firms that has a national presence. 

You will be working closely with a Partner with clients from across the UK and there will be an emphasis on high quality & complex work with a national client base and dealing with complex property litigation transactions. 

This position is to deal with a broad mix of landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, lease renewals, and property damage claims The client base is second to none and you will be dealing with a stellar client base from across the UK. You will also be working closely with some L500 listed Partners and be offered exceptional training, whilst gaining exposure to highly complex work. 

Training / Supervision will be offered on a daily basis as you will be working on a 1-2-1 basis with a Partner. There's a real mix of high quality work that is of city quality with high value & complex deals.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an NQ Solicitor to gain excellent training, exposure to high quality work and scope to work on your own matters with a dedicated client base.
