Residential Conveyancer - Hybrid  –  Leicester - Desford
2 Days On-Site (Mondays & Fridays)
Salary: £28,000 to £45,000

My client, a well-established and ever-expanding multi-site law firm based in the heart of Desford, Leicester, is on the lookout for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic hybrid role with just two office days per week (Mondays and Fridays), giving you the perfect balance of flexibility and collaboration.

You'll be handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, as well as transfer of equity work. What sets this role apart is my client's strong belief in quality over quantity – caseloads are capped so that you can truly dedicate time to each client and provide the high level of service they deserve.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Advising on and dealing with transfers of equity
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements

• A qualified Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive (or qualified by experience)
• Solid experience handling residential property transactions
• A client-focused approach and a keen eye for detail

• Strong communication and organisational skills
