Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive

Salary: £38,000 to £65,000
PQE: Minimum 2 years
Hours: 9:00am – 17:15

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving Wills, Trusts & Probate team in Derby, where you’ll manage a varied and fulfilling caseload. You’ll be supported by a collaborative and experienced team, with room to grow and make your mark.
You’ll be responsible for:

• Drafting Wills and advising clients on estate planning
• Preparing and managing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Administering estates, including inheritance tax and grant applications
• Handling Deputyship applications
• Managing the affairs of elderly and vulnerable clients
• Building lasting client relationships based on trust and empathy
• Contributing to the development and success of the team

You

You’ll be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx) with at least 2 years’ PQE in Private Client work, looking for a role where your knowledge, compassion, and initiative will be truly valued.
You’ll also bring:
