The Role:
As a Private Client Paralegal, you will work closely with solicitors, providing vital support on a varied caseload of private client matters. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Supporting the administration of estates, including Grant of Probate applications
• Handling Court of Protection deputyship applications
• Assisting with Trust administration
• Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals
• Preparing legal documents and conducting legal research

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in Private Client law is essential
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
