This leading London law firm is now seeing a Senior Associate within their Commercial & Tech team. They are looking for a 4-6 year PQE Solicitor who can bridge the gap between the Solicitors in the team and the Partners. There is a fast track to Partnership available for the right candidate. 
You will work across a broad range of matters to include general commercial contracts, technology contracts, distribution arrangements etc. 
You should have commercial drafting experience and a proficiency in Tech and Digital matters.  An understanding of brand protection and commercial rights strategies would be advantageous.
