Are you an experienced Residential Property Paralegal, do you feel your progression prospects are limited?

If so this is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Scotland's leading firms who have their future growth plans fully laid out.

This role will see you working alongside a respected property team, providing support to a team of Fee Earners with a particular emphasis on plot sales, part exchanges and developers re sales.

It is likely you will have around 2 years' previous experience and be able to manage transactions from inception through to completion - dealing with all aspects including missives, examining and reporting on title and completing and submitting LBTT returns.

This is very much a client facing role and you should be confident dealing with clients and internal contacts alike.

This firm has very solid future growth plans and this role will suit an ambitious and capable Property Paralegal who wants to be part of a team that will encourage career and professional development.
