This long established, strong regional practice are on the lookout for an experienced Personal Injury Litigator to join their busy team.

The role is a result of the business growing and will be dealing with Holiday Claims, RTA and EL/PL matters. The right candidate will have at least 3 years' experience of dealing with a litigated caseload, and you must be able to prepare bundles, witness statements and disclosure.

The right candidate must have worked in a firm where they have used and are familiar with modern case management systems.

No prior experience in dealing with Holiday Claims is needed, so this is an excellent opportunity if you have the relevant general PI Litigation experience, to get into a growing niche area of practice.

Salary is competitive and based on experience level.
