One of the fasting growing gaming companies in Europe are looking to recruit a Legal Counsel to primarily provide advice on a broad range of Commercial and Intellectual Property matters. although litigation, corporate or competition would also be desirable but not essential.

Reporting into the General Counsel and Company Secretary you will be required to draft, negotiate and review a variety of commercial agreements, including:

* NDA's/confidentiality agreements;
* Software agreements;
* Business terms and conditions;
* Game content and licensing agreements;
* Data processing agreements;
* Consultancy and agency agreements;
* Letters of intent,
* Heads of terms;
* Service and supply agreements;

To be considered for this role candidates will need to be a strong Commercial/IP lawyer (UK Qualified) with experienced gained at either a top tier private practice firm or In-house. Experience within the technology or gaming sector is preferable but not required as is any language skills (German in particular).

The salary for this role is very competitive with annual bonus, 37 days holiday, healthcare, subsidised gym membership, Summer pool parties and water sports as well as weekly Yoga sessions.
