Legal Assistant - Completions - Residential Property - Southampton

A growing law firm with a number of offices along the South Coast with a great reputation for their professional yet friendly approach now have a number opportunities across several sites. The Residential Property team is expanding and further expertise is required to carry out Post Exchange work.

If you are an experienced Legal Assistant who is able to deal confidently and competently with all matters relating to post exchange work such as SDLT and payment of Stamp Duty, registrations with HMLR, including familiarity with online services, dealing with deeds, all associated administrative tasks, file management, cheque handling, completion of and archiving paperwork, digitally and physically.

Being fully au fait with all procedures and able to file manage efficiently and following instructions as per the Fee Earner, providing a seamless service to to the client are all part and parcel of this role.
