My law firms client are looking for a Junior Associate to join their dynamic Corporate/Commercial Team in Hong Kong.

They are looking for an NQ to 2PQE Hong Kong qualified lawyer with experience in corporate/commercial matters from a leading practice. Experience in advising clients in the technology sector will be a bonus.

You should

* be a team player, willing to work flexibility in a close-knit team
* be able to handle straight-forward matters independently with minimal supervision
* be outgoing and demonstrate eagerness to participate in business development initiatives
* have a developing commercial awareness
* have a good academic background
* be fluent in English and Chinese (read and write at professional level)
