Opportunity to join this Legal 500 listed law firm and act as Head of Department for this small team. Ideally you will have gained 4 Years' PQE and be comfortable dealing with fee earning as well as management.

You will be expected to continue the profitability of the department by dealing with business development & marketing. As many of the existing client base are Cheshire based you will be required to attend local community events and networking events to establish yourself within the local community. As well as working on word of mouth, you will also be working closely with the firms marketing team and dealing with social media promotions and online marketing.

There is a caseload in place and the existing work in purely from private paying clients. Work will consist of ancillary relief, divorce, financial disputes, domestic abuse and private children matters.

Your management responsibilities will see you deal with management of 2 Paralegals, ensuring KPI targets are met, providing monthly updates to senior management and dealing with HR issues.
