Family Solicitor - Free On Site Parking
A traditional high street practice is keen to appoint an additional Family Solicitor to join its well established and growing practice which is based on the outskirts of Solihull.
This practice, which specialises within commercial and residential property, private client, civil and commercial litigation and family law, continues its rapid expansion and has seen the firms' Family Team become firmly established in the locality. Due to a rise in instructions off the back of its well-deserved reputation the practice is now keen to add an additional Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to its team to service the demand which is emanating from local sources.
The firm is keen to speak with a solicitor or a legal executive with anything from 1 to 3 years' PQE to work alongside the Head of the Family Team and undertake a caseload with a strong bias towards dealing with the Children's Act issues emanating from privately funded family matters. You will have experience of dealing with all aspects of family matters but will have particular experience of dealing with the children's issues that fall within the process although there will still be a lot of opportunities to deal with broader family matters.
Whilst this is a full-time role the firm does offer a great degree of flexibility to accommodate outside of work commitments and the firm is open to tailoring the working pattern to meet, say, any family obligations that you might have. In addition, the firm is offering a competitive salary, a bonus scheme and an initial holiday allowance of 20 days which rises each year as well as additional days when the office shuts over Christmas. The practice is also able to provide free on-site parking but what it is particularly proud of is having a core philosophy of being a strong supporter of staff and being able to provide a warm and friendly team environment where everyone helps each other out and ensures that each day in the office is enjoyable with there being absolutely no politics of micro-management whatsoever.
