Employment Solicitor - Flexible Working Pattern
A highly regarded Legal 500 listed commercial practice is eager to appoint an additional Employment Solicitor to its Leamington Spa office in order to bolster its ongoing expansion. This position comes with the opportunity to benefit from a flexible working pattern.
This practice is one of the largest within both Coventry and Warwickshire and has a network of offices throughout the locality. It offers the full range of legal services to both individuals and commercial entities and is renowned for providing high calibre, expert advice. The firm continuously invests in technology to tailor its approach to the needs of its long-standing clients and it is particularly focused on continuous investment in all of its members to ensure constant professional development.
As a consequence of growth and an influx of instructions from new client wins the firms' Employment Team wishes to appoint an employment solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to undertake the full remit of employment matters. Acting on behalf of both claimants and respondents, you will handle a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters as well as undertake your own advocacy in the Employment Tribunal. You will also provide corporate support where required and work closely with other departments.
There will be opportunities to undertake business development, networking and marketing so this is the perfect opportunity for somebody who is keen on taking on a new challenge and who wants to get involved in continuing to build the department and increase the practices' standing in the market, so this is not limited to a purely desk-based fee earning role.
As well as flexibility in the working pattern, the firm is also offering a very competitive salary and benefits package which includes health and dental insurance and also the opportunity to participate in a number of social outings organised by the firm. The practice provides a supportive and collaborative environment and there is a very good work/life balance so this is a firm that is very much aware of the importance of employee engagement and this is evidence by the low attrition rate over recent years.
