Corporate Professional Support Lawyer with experience of advising on Public M&A transactions and excellent knowledge of the Takeover Code required by a Global law firm.

You will work in a busy and award-winning, friendly and supportive team providing know-how, education and training as well as marketing and business development support. You will be pro-active in identifying issues on which the team and its clients need to be briefed, and able to pitch those briefings at the right level for the relevant audience. The ability to start a project and see it through to completion, together with a commitment to meeting regular deadlines, are essential qualities to maintain the smooth running of their range of added value services. The role demands both creative thinking and efficient administration: working with their in-house specialists, you will have the opportunity to produce exceptional, innovative client products and events to enhance their brand; you will also have an important role in facilitating the day-to-day working of the corporate team through training, meetings and technical support. You'll need a keen awareness of the wider commercial and corporate landscape, combined with an eye for operational detail.

The PSL role offers flexibility and good work/life balance and this particular role can be either full time or four days a week.

What our clients say

I dealt with Graham at QED Legal and he was very professional and easy to deal with. The main thing that impressed me about Graham was that he actually listened to what role I was looking for and actively went out there to find me a role rather than try and push other roles on to me that would have made Graham's job easier for himself. Graham would be my first port of call if I were to start looking for another job
