A well established multi service law firm are looking for a conveyancing assistant to join their highly regarded team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial and paralegal support in the residential property department. You will have a minimum of 12 months experience of working within a residential property team.
Duties will include things such as audio typing, maintaining filing system, keeping clients up to date via telephone and email as well as SDLT returns, applications to the land registry and other duties to process transactions and contribute to the smooth running of the department. You may be given your own small caseload to run if you are able to show the relevant experience in terms of your knowledge of the process.
