Conveyancing Fee Earner

West Yorkshire

Our client has been established in West Yorkshire for over 80 years and has a great reputation across the region. They are looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their busy department.

The role would suit either a qualified lawyer (Solicitor, FCILEx or Licenced Conveyancer) or a fee earner who is qualified by experience.

Ideally the role will be based out of central Leeds although it may be able to service the role from an office elsewhere in West Yorkshire subject to a successful candidates need.

The right candidate will be able to carry a caseload of sale and purchase files including freehold and leasehold properties. You should be able to deal with matters from inception to completion and be able to title check. Experience of transfers of equity, shared ownership, new build and right to buy would also be advantageous.

The role is very much hands on and not set up in the vein of a conveyancing factory. There is a ethos of putting the client first and doing a quality job over simply getting through piles of files.
