Our client is a leading top 200, chambers listed practice currently searching to bolster the junior end of its commercial property team (NQ).

We are inviting applications from ambitious solicitors who want to carve out a successful career within the area acting for a range of clients to include developers, SME's & HNW individuals. There may also be scope to handle matters with an international remit.

You will be an NQ (or due to qualify), with experience gained within a commercial property department. Your PQE range will allow you to sit well under a proficient commercial property Partner and two other solicitors in a department with allocated secretarial support.

You will be handling a full range of commercial property transactions developing over time. A basic grounding within this area of law is required and it is suggested you will have had exposure to landlord & tenant, sales and purchases and development work.

The firm offers an excellent salary & benefits package and handles quality national/international matters whilst ensuring time is invested to mentor and develop their own lawyers.
