This traditional regional commercial practice is looking to make an additional hire into its Commercial Property Team.

The firm is based in the South East of Staffordshire and is easily commutable from both Birmingham and Derby. The practice comprises very experienced solicitors who have previously worked for top tier practices in the cities and who decided to move to a smaller firm with less politics and bureaucracy and which would avoid the often frustrating commute into the city centre, but which would not mean compromising on the quality of work and clients available.

You should have a minimum of 1 year's experience of working in commercial property and you will deal with a broad range of matters to include sales & purchases and landlord and tenant matters along with corporate support.

The firm is very open on qualifications and welcomes applications from Paralegals through to qualified Solicitors. They will also consider part time applicants as well as those requiring flexible working for school runs etc.

The firm is offering a very competitive salary along with 25 days holiday. You will benefit from hands-on experience here and it is a firm where people build long-term careers due to the nice working environment.
