Rare opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Development Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm who specialise in acting for Registered Providers and residential developers on the property and planning aspects of the acquisition of land for development including development agreements, options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements, overage agreements, section 106 and other planning and infrastructure agreements, and other related matters. They also advise on the purchase of both brownfield and greenfield land (with or without planning permission) as well as sales of completed dwellings (both shared ownership and open market) and subsequent staircasing and resales.

The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in dealing with general property and estate management matters, including acquisitions, disposals (including stock transfers), commercial landlord and tenant work, property finance and conveyancing for commercial clients, charities, schools and academies and individuals. Experience of converting schools to academies including dealing with the property and contractual aspects of conversion with also be useful.
