You will be a  Paralegal or Legal Secretary who has particular experience in the drafting and construction of Wills and be confident in taking instructions from clients directly.

Successful candidates must have some experience working within a busy Private Client  department and must have experience of will drafting and Lasting Powers of Attorney experience and a proven track record of managing a caseload.
