Certified as a Training Contract Provider, this firm is offering a chance to enter as a file handler and obtain a training contract or similar routes to qualify.

Joining the team as a RTA File Handler, you are responsible for a caseload of motor accident to credit hire files. You will handle the caseload of RTA to credit hire files from start to finish. These files are fully litigated and vary from fast to multi track value.

The Role

• Handle a caseload of RTA to credit hire files
• Responsible for a fully litigated caseload
• Work on files valuing from fast to multi track
• Handle a caseload from start to finish

To be considered, you must have experience as a file handler at a law firm. You must be able to handle a caseload of litigated files including RTA and Credit Hire.
