The role will involve a diverse range of matters including:

• Wills
• Trusts – setting up, administration and tax implications
• Probate and administration of estates, including postdeath inheritance tax planning
• Lasting powers of attorney and court of protection work

You may be a recently qualified Solicitor with experience of Private Client work, or a Chartered Legal Executive looking to broaden your experience within Private Client.  Alternatively, you may currently be a Paralegal within a Private Client team and looking for the next step to progress your career.
