You'll be someone who knows the market very well and you'll be well known within the market. Knowledgeable, approachable, adaptable and very driven you'll skilfully manage your own caseload of the full range or residential transactions whilst continuing to develop both the property side and cross sell other divisions.

You are likely to have a minimum of 4 years' post qualifying residential conveyancing experience, be able to successfully manage a full caseload and be comfortable undertaking and participating in business development and networking activities.
