If you are an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer, this is an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading legal firms in Birmingham. This is a new role due to growth and the expansion of the firm in the Birmingham market.

You will oversee and undertake all aspects of residential conveyancing which will mean managing a caseload including Leasehold, New Builds, Help to Buy and shared ownership. You will be responsible for growing and developing a medium sized conveyancing team consisting of experienced fee earners and several legal assistants, in addition to dealing with your own caseload.  

The position would suit a qualified Solicitor with at least five years’ residential conveyancing experience being able to handle matters from instruction through to completion.
