I have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Associate to join the Development and Investment team in the Birmingham office of a Top 50 firm. My client are looking for ambitious team players with strong development and investment property experience to take on a high value and complex caseload consisting of real estate work across a variety of sectors.

The successful candidate can expect to work on work relating to:

• Development - public and private sector developer clients on residential, commercial and mixed use projects
• Investments - supporting large national investor clients on their projects; assistance concerning asset management, financing work, and acquisition and disposal strategies

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor (4-8 years PQE) to join one of the best property law teams in the country, play an active role in the departments continuing growth, and assist more junior legal professionals where necessary.

Salary: £65000 - £80000
Hybrid working available
