Leadership role - leading to equity

We are looking for an experienced legal recruiter who is looking to progress their career. The role would be to fee earn in a geographical patch in the south of the UK (or London) and manage, train and mentor a team as well as growing it out. You would earn up to 60% commission each quarter plus a generous managers bonus on teams hitting target with the opportunity to play a part in the future management, running and ownership of the company.
