Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Law Costs Draftsperson to join the UK's largest defendant law costs team and work as part of a tight knit team that can provide top quality work and deal with panel work from all the major UK insurer. You will be dealing with a high-valued multi-track costs caseload of Catastrophic Injury claims. On offer will be:

- Hybrid Working (4 Days Per Week)

You will be expected to deal with Drafting of Budgets, Points of Dispute, Bills and Schedules of Costs and other formal documents as well as dealing with costs negotiations, advocacy and attending hearings. You will be dealing with high value costs matters in excess of £150,000, as well as having the opportunity to re-train into other costs teams such as commercial litigation. 

The team is spread across the North West, with scope to work from different offices however there is also a clear pathway to progress and deal with more complex work, management, or scope for Partnership. This firm encourage staff to actively pursue progression and to develop their careers.
