A traditional Chester based firm are looking to add a Senior Employment Solicitor to add to friendly and tight-knit team. The position offers the following:

The firm undertakes very good quality work and has very strong links to the local community, with the vast majority of its working coming from referral sources due to their reputation and long standing in the community.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Employment Solicitor 5 PQE + with good experience in contentious and non-contentious experience, with an ability to run their own caseload independently, without supervision.

A following would be advantageous, but this is not essential.
