We're working on an incredible opportunity to join a growing FTSE 250 private banking company founded in the late 1800s. They're currently looking to grow their Legal and CoSec function, you will join in a leadership role, leading the team through the next phase of growth.

Now looking for an experience Company Secretary with an extensive experience across financial services, you will lead and drive the corporate governance function. You will report into the Group CoSec, with the autonomy to build a robust corporate governance framework.
