They are now looking for someone who not only is highly experienced with an in depth knowledge of the local property market but who understands client is King and can build rapport and develop relationships whilst providing a seamless service.

It's likely you shall have a minimum of 3 years' conveyancing post qualification experience and shall be familiar with all residential property transactions. You can run your own caseload from inception to completion with minimum supervision and are more than willing to assist less experienced team members, offering support and mentorship and dealing with more complex matters.
