Senior Associate – Commercial Lawyer - Reading - Hybrid Working
Are you a seasoned Commercial Lawyer seeking an exciting opportunity to provide top-notch legal advice and advance your career? Based in Reading, this role may occasionally involve supporting colleagues and working from our London office.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate, you'll handle a wide range of commercial issues, including drafting and negotiating high-value and complex contracts, procurement contracts, agency and distribution agreements, IT contracts, outsourcing agreements, and B2B/B2C terms and conditions. Your expertise in data protection, intellectual property, and commercial due diligence will be invaluable. Knowledge of tenders and supply chain would be advantageous.
