As an RTA Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in managing Road Traffic Accident (RTA) litigation cases. Your expertise in handling claims and providing support to our legal team will be vital in ensuring the efficient and effective resolution of cases. - Assist in managing a caseload of RTA litigation files.
- Conduct case investigations, evidence gathering, and legal research.
- Prepare legal documentation, court bundles, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and management systems.
- Collaborate with solicitors and legal professionals to provide valuable support.
- Communicate with clients and relevant parties to update on case progress.
- Proven experience as an RTA Litigation Paralegal, with a solid understanding of the claims process.
- Knowledge of RTA litigation procedures, CPR rules, and MOJ Portal.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Effective communication and client care skills.
- Ambition to progress in your legal career and commitment to achieving the SQE Solicitor qualification.
