Job Title: RTA Litigation Fee Earner
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Salary: Up to £40,000
 
My client are seeking an experienced RTA Fast Track Litigation Fee Earner to join otheir expanding team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in handling a caseload of RTA litigation cases from inception through to settlement, ensuring the highest standards of legal service delivery.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Managing a caseload of RTA Fast Track litigation cases, including pre-litigation and litigated matters.
Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and court applications.
Conducting legal research and staying updated with changes in legislation.
Attending court hearings and representing clients effectively.
Negotiating settlements and ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records.
 
Qualifications and Experience:
 
A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as an RTA Fast Track Litigation Fee Earner.
Strong knowledge of RTA litigation processes and procedures.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
Adept at legal research and analysis.
Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office.
