The Role

• Run a caseload of motor accident claims
• Run a caseload complex credit hire cases
• Handle cases valuing from fast to multi track
• Handle a litigated caseload from inception to settlement
• Drafting witness statements, court hearings and evidence

Please note, this vacancy is intended for experienced RTA to credit hire fee earners. You must have experience running an RTA caseload to be considered.

Candidate Criteria

• 2+ years of experience as a fee earner
• 2+ years of experience in credit hire to RTA litigation
• Ability to run a caseload of litigated claims
• Handle fast track cases and preferably multi track
