The Role

We are looking to appoint a senior fee earner to the motor accident team. The ideal candidate would be experienced in credit hire to motor accident cases, able to handle a cradle to grave caseload and can run a litigated process.

• Handle a caseload of high value, complex cases valuing to multi track
• Handle a caseload of litigated cases from cradle to grave
• Responsible for claims valuing up to £150,000 in value

For this vacancy, we are only looking for candidates with litigation experience and ability to run a caseload of credit hire to RTA cases.
