Our firm is looking for a senior fee earner to join a closeknit claimant in Blackburn.
You will join as a fee earner to an established yet growing personal injury team, handling a caseload of litigated cases. You are responsible for multi track personal injury cases, ranging from RTA to EL/PL claims. You will collect evidence, draft witness statements to documents to support cases.

The Role

• Run a caseload of high value, personal injury claims
• Handle a litigated caseload of RTA to EL/PL claims
• Run cases valuing up to £150,000 in value
• Drafting witness statements, court hearings and evidence
• Collecting evidence to support the claims
