Title: Residential Solicitor/Conveyancer
Location: Southport 
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 

I have been in communication with a director from a well-established law firm in Southport, they informed me of their need to fill a key position within their Residential Conveyancing department. This firm, which has a rich history spanning over 120 years, recently underwent significant expansion and is now seeking an experienced Residential Solicitor/Conveyancer to join their team. The role will be based at their newly relocated office in Southport, which offers convenient, free parking.

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in Residential Conveyancing, including handling leasehold and freehold transactions, sales and purchases, shared ownership, new builds, and Help to Buy schemes. They are looking for someone who is confident, self-motivated, and able to manage their own caseload effectively. This position offers a permanent contract and requires a proactive individual with a strong background in property law.
