I am working with a highly regarded firm that is looking to add an experienced conveyancer to their friendly and knowledgeable team in Walsall. 

My client are looking for someone to join the brilliantly situated office and play a major role in the growth of the team by taking on a quality caseload and to also play a role in the training and development of more junior staff members.

A typical caseload will consist of:

• Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
• Unregistered property
• New Builds
• Shared Ownership matters
• Auction Property
• Remortgages and transfers

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years qualified experience in handling residential conveyancing transactions (whether that is qualified as a solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer). A willingness to play a role in business development and networking efforts is essential.

Salary: £45000 - £48000 depending on experience
