This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the most reputable firms in the region and take on a varied caseload whilst receiving support from a team of dedicated administrative support staff.

My client have a very strong client based and close links to estate agents across the Shropshire and Herefordshire region, and so enjoy a steady and reliable stream of inbound matters.

The successful candidate will take on a caseload consisting of:

• High value freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Shared Ownership
• Transfers
• New Builds
• Unregistered Land including First Registration

My client are looking for friendly and organised individuals to take on the above matters, whilst also supervising more junior staff. Development, training and culture are huge priorities for my client, and so they are looking for someone that closely aligns with these values.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
