I have a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded legal 500-tiered firm in Solihull. This established practice have a strong client base across the local area and the wider west midlands and thus enjoy a steady and reliable stream of work.

We are looking for an organised, friendly and highly motivated individual to join a busy and high performing team to take on an active caseload and provide a quality legal service, assisting with a full range of residential property transactions.

The successful candidate can expect to work on a caseload consisting of:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of Equity
• Shared Ownership
• New Builds

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a years post qualification experience handling residential conveyancing transactional work (although NQ's with strong experience will also be considered).

Hybrid working options available
Salary: £38,000 - £44,000 depending on experience
