QED Legal is working with a leading Legal 500 firm in Bucks looking to take on a Residential Conveyancing / Property Solicitor to join their successful property department. The role is a full-time position.

You are given the opportunity to work for an excelling team, gain exposure at a well-established firm with an excellent reputation. They are looking for an enthusiastic personality to join their department, and their tight-knit team. 

An expanding, property law department within an established regional law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a local client base.

The successful Residential Conveyancer will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity from start to finish.

Applications are invited from technically strong Residential Conveyancers looking for the salary and responsibility that is the measure of their experience.

The successful candidate will have:

• Circa 2-6 years PQE
• Experience managing your own caseload
• Managed transactions such as leasehold, freehold, sales and purchase, remortgaging, new builds, etc
