Residential Property Solicitor 4-5PQE

This law firm based in Greenwich are a close-knit firm that believes in development and promotion from within. They are currently going through an exciting growth period and are keen to find like-minded individuals to join them. As a solicitor in their residential property team you will ideally have full experience in handling all aspects of residential conveyancing. Some experience of commercial conveyancing would be an advantage but is not an essential requirement.

Their handle a range of matters and you will be responsible for dealing with client matters from start to finish. Experience of leasehold enfranchisement would also be desirable.

The types of matter you will be working on include buying and selling of residential property, including new build, and buy to let transactions, joint ownership, transfer of ownership or equity and partition of ownership.

If you’re an energetic and organised self-starter who can build effective relationships with key clients and referrers then this could be the perfect role for you.
