RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR / CONVEYANCER

£40,000 - £55,000

QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / CILEx with over 3+ case handling, to join our top Legal 500 client in St Albans, Hertfordshire.

We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their established residential team.  You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for over 3 years.

The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:

• sales
• purchase
• leaseholds
• freeholds
• remortgages
• transfers of equity

If you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. Please note if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
