Regional Law Firm with a strong presence across the South is seeking to expand their Conveyancing Team 
 
The firm has an excellent reputation and are rated highly across different areas of law, whilst acting for an enviable portfolio of clients. 
 
The role will involve managing a full caseload of files ranging from sales, purchases, leasehold, and unregistered titles, mortgages and transfers of ownership and playing a part within business development and marketing. 
Ideally you will have a minimum of 5PQE gained as a Solicitor or Legal Executive and be able to ideally support junior fee earners and draw on your skills and experience and knowledge of the local property market. 
 
The firm are ideally looking for Mid to Senior Level expertise but would also welcome Partners (salary negotiable beyond published figures) wishing to join an established and high profile law firm.
