Well established private practice led by a highly experienced  Partner  has a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its Aberdeenshire based team.

You will be someone who has recently qualified or someone who has up to 5 years' post qualifying experience, whatever stage you are at, one thing is for sure you'll be passionate about property.

If you want autonomy and be able to develop client relationships and build rapport from the get go, you can most definitely to do that. No micro management, support absolutely, but you are treated with respect and trusted to run your caseload. 

You should be able to run the full range of transactions from inception to completion, be highly organised and have the ability to meet/exceed fee earning targets.
