This is an exciting opportunity to work with their busy property teams covering Aberdeenshire.

You shall successfully manage your own caseload of the full range of residential property transactions including sale and purchase transactions, remortgages and transfers of title.

This role is very client focused and you will be the central point of contact, working alongside the Estate Agency Team. You are a friendly face in the office for clients carefully guiding them through the conveyancing process and helping them with other general private client matters such as Wills & POA'S. 

You shall have a minimum of 2 years' post qualifying residential conveyancing experience, be able to successfully run your own caseload of transactions from start to finish. In addition you shall be very comfortable meeting clients and will have the ability to foster long standing relationships. You'll also be happy to develop business and network locally.

If you are someone who prefers to be out and about this will work very well for you as you will be able to work out of other offices in the locality.
