Job: Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary
Legal Secretary Residential Conveyancing Oldham area A Legal Secretary is required to join a regional firm in the Oldham area, the role will be to support Solicitors within Residential Conveyancing. Working within a small team you will gain excellent exposure to high quality residential conveyancing work and there will be good progression opportunities. The role will be busy and varied including; audio typing, land registry searches, property form completion, opening and closing files, engrossment of deeds, online searches, making appointments, diary management and liaising with clients. Ideally be looking for previous experience as an Administrator, Assistant or Secretary within Residential Conveyancing. You should have a good working knowledge of a conveyancing file and the land registry. You should have excellent customer service skills and be highly professional.
