I am looking for a conveyancing fee earner to join one of the most exciting (and rapidly growing) firms in the Midlands, and play a key role in the development of the conveyancing team in the Wolverhampton office. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a conveyancer to continue their own learning and growth in an exciting environment and to work alongside experienced legal professionals, whilst also enjoying support from a dedicated team of administrative support staff.

A typical caseload includes:

• Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
• Unregistered property
• New Builds
• Shared Ownership matters
• Auction Property
• Remortgages and transfers

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a years experience fee earning in a conveyancing department. 

Salary: £38000 - £43000  depending on experience
